ROASTS: Sirloin Roast

Our Dry-aged Beef Sirloin Roast is left whole for roasting.  The Sirloin Roast is a delicious cut of beef between the short loin and the round.

The weights for sizes are as follows: 

• SMALL under 3 lbs 

• MEDIUM 3-4 lbs 

• LARGE 4-5 lbs 

• EXTRA LARGE 5+ lbs
