Our Dry-aged Beef Round Roasts make a delicious pot roast or slow cooker dinner. Or, after roasting, sliced thin for perfect steak sandwiches or a charcuterie platter! Also known as the Eye of the Round Roast.

The weights for sizes are as follows: 

• SMALL under 3 lbs 

• MEDIUM 3-4 lbs 

• LARGE 4-5 lbs 

• EXTRA LARGE 5+ lbs
